Sheppard House Art Exhibition

At the end of Term 1, Sheppard House put together an art exhibition to celebrate our students individual artwork.  Our inquiry unit on Turangawaewae had given us the opportunity to study New Zealand artists, their styles and how culture and being kiwi impacted their art.  Please see below fora few pictures of our students putting together their own artwork.  Charlie put together sketches based on a collection of knives.

Brianna used chalk pastel and felt to create this master piece.

Zak M put together a collection of deer heads using pencil sketches and black paper.

Cody Peterson was captured here putting together his master piece using pastels, pencil and vivid.
Blake used his knowledge of colours to mix together combinations he needed for his master piece.
